Our system follows the following stages:

Pre-Inspection

Every great carpet clean starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting the carpet construction and soiling condition. They will advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Pre-Vacuum

If needed your carpet will be vacuumed to remove dry soil. This is in addition to the vacuuming that takes place though out the process.

Furniture removal

Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully removed. Larger pieces e.g. beds, dressers, display cabinets and entertainment centres and other liability items will be left in place. Furniture will be protected with disposable mats or tabs as needed.

Spot and Stain Treatment

Our technician will remove any spots and stains from your carpet that maybe ground in to the carpet fibres.

Pre-Spray Treatment

A non-detergent pre spray solution will be applied to your carpet which will loosen ground in soils in the high traffic areas of the room.

Agitation

The next stage we will agitate the solution in the carpet fibres with a carpet brush or a contra rotating machine, which will help the pre-spray chemical solution split the soil particles and also lift the carpet pile.

Extraction and rinse

Once the soil has been loosened our professional hot water extraction process will toughly rinse the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over wet. We rinse with specially treated water at temperatures ranging from 60 to 235 degrees depending on the fibre content and soiling condition. This process also improves the air quality by removing the pollen, pollutants and dust mites from the carpet.

Grooming

The technician will groom the carpet with a special carpet rake setting the nap allowing the carpet to dry fully dry in hours not days.

Speed drying

A high velocity air mover will be placed in the room to speed dry the carpet if required.

Replace Furniture

All furniture will be returned to its original position and placed on disposable blocks or tabs underneath the feet so they do not come into contact with the damp fibres.

Final inspection

After all equipment and waste has been removed from the premises. We will explain what has been carried out and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
